These have been laid down as general guild rules for all situations. Please refer to the raids page for further rules relating to our raid environment.

1.
As a general rule, members are expected to behave in a professional manner, both within the guild, as well as representatives of our guild to the gaming community as a whole.

2. Ninja activities either within a guild party or in a PUG will be automatic grounds for guild removal.

3. If a fellow guild member needs help or asks for help in the guild chat, please do your best to help them.

4. There is no tolerance for discrimination or negative remarks with regards to race, religion or sexual orientation. If asked by a guild officer to end chat on a topic felt to be detrimental to the guild, members will do so immediately. Repeat violations will result in expulsion from the guild. This includes absolutely no joking regarding violence against women. There will be no exceptions.

5. Please keep discussion regarding relationships to a minimum while in guild chat. It can be a very sensitive issue at times, and to be safe, it is advised to keep all related chat to whispers, in order to refrain from infringing on someone else's comfort zone.

6. Be appropriate with your language. If you have a question about what is inappropriate, please contact an officer, Co-GM, or Satagis.

7. Forum posts must also be respectful in nature, with appropriate language and content. Non-stickied forum posts will be deleted after two to three weeks time, for the sake of keeping the forum organized. An archive of all old posts will be kept for reference purposes, and will available to mods and admins as needed.

8. New ideas are always welcome on the forums! Whether it be site or forum related, or you have a new idea for the guild, don't be afraid to voice your opinion. We always have open ears (or rather, open eyes) to new things.

If you have any questions about these rules, you may contact an administrator on the forums, or an officer in-game.
